Double-layer glass reactor can do a stirring reaction in the inner layer under the condition of a vacuum. The interlayer can make constant temperature for heating or cooling reactions through the heat or cold source(freezing liquid, water, or hot oil). It is widely used in modern refined chemical, biological pharmacy, new material synthesis industry research experiments, etc. OEM is also welcomed. We have rich experiences in OEM.

Working principle: The working principle of the double-layer glass reactor is to control the temperature of the experimental material inside the kettle through the interlayer of the double-layer glass reactor and connect different cold and hot temperature sources, and it has the function of stirring. The double-layer glass reactor has good sealing performance as a whole, and can be used with a vacuum pump to extract the reaction experiment under negative pressure. Nowadays, the double-layer glass reactor has been widely used in the petroleum, chemical, pesticide, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. It is a common pressure vessel used to complete processes such as vulcanization, nitrification, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonization, polymerization, and condensation.

Product Features

The main features of double-layer glass reactor:

1. Frequency conversion speed regulation, AC induction motor°. The speed is constant, no brushes, no sparks, stable, and can work continuously.
2. The complete set of glass instruments is produced from GG17 high borosilicate glass°, which has good chemical and physical properties.
3. The glass sandwich interface is connected with hot oil for circulation and heating reaction can be carried out, and the refrigerant liquid is connected with it for low-temperature reaction.
4. It can react at room temperature, and the reaction heat can be quickly taken away by running tap water on it.
5. The lower discharge port is equipped with a flange port and a PTFE valve, which can be disassembled to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.
6. Four-port reactor cover, extra-large port design for easy cleaning, standard port sockets for optional assembly of reflux, distillation and synthesis "device".
