High and low temperature integrated machine: The high and low temperature all-in-one machine is a laboratory instrument that has both rapid cooling and heating functions. It drives the heat transfer medium (usually water or oil) from the oil tank with a built-in heater to the temperature control device through a pump, and then returns from the temperature control device to the oil tank. The controller adjusts the temperature of the hot fluid and the temperature of the temperature control device according to the temperature of the hot fluid measured by the temperature sensor or the internal temperature of the temperature control device. It uses a fully enclosed pipeline design and a high-efficiency plate heat exchanger, while reducing the demand for heat transfer fluid and improving the thermal energy utilization of the system to achieve rapid temperature increase.

Working principle: High-temperature all-in-one machines are divided into oil-cooled high-low temperature all-in-one machines and water-cooled high-low temperature all-in-one machines according to the temperature and medium. Different temperatures require different media. Water can be used for normal temperature, thermal oil for high temperature, and refrigerant for low temperature. According to the different cooling methods, they are divided into air-cooled and water-cooled. Water-cooled high-low temperature all-in-one machines need to be in an environment with sufficient water. If the water source environment is not suitable, air-cooled high-low temperature all-in-one machines can be used. High-low temperature all-in-one machines are used in many industries. They integrate heating devices and cooling devices in one, and are suitable for applications in the pharmaceutical, chemical, biological, physical, laboratory, colleges and universities, etc.
